The Russian video was the best quality I could find although it is missing ~5sec in middle and ~1min at end which has 

no effect on story.

Work Done:
Converted mono R channel direct audio to L+R channel
Used a stereo imager and harmonic exciter to widen lows and highs keeping mids center for fuller sound
Adjusted audio levels
Cut,stretched audio and synced every 10min.to match russian video

Software used:
Sonar Producer 8
Izotope Ozone vst
Virtualdub


Enjoy, i've checked this all the way through and it is indeed DIRECT LINE mint Audio! (The one I supplied to Everyone)
