Episode 1 "Road to the Multiverse"
Stewie breeds a winning pedigree pig for Quahog Clam Day, and reveals to Brian that he got the pig from a parallel universe. He shows Brian the remote that allows him access to different parallel universes, each depicting Quahog in the same time and place, but under different conditions. For example, the first one that they went to was a very futuristic version of Quahog because Christianity was never created. They travel to different worlds as a demonstration, but having never traveled to more than one other parallel universe Stewie is unaware of how to return them home.

Episode 2 "Family Goy"
After Peter falls in love with a cardboard cutout of Kathy Ireland, Lois tells Peter that it was the dumbest thing he's done since he got into a turf war with a cat. Peter continues to date the cutout, until he accidently "kills" it after he thought it was having an affair with Chris, and apologizes to Lois. While having sex to make up for what Peter did, he finds a lump on her breast and Lois goes to the doctor to test for cancer. The tests come back negative, but the doctor looks at her family medical history and reveals that Lois is Jewish. Peter takes to the family’s newfound faith eagerly, but changes his tune when he is visited by the ghost of his stepfather. He then starts trying to convert the family back to Catholicism, but Lois won't let him. Eventually, when Peter tries to ruin the Passover dinner Lois has, Jesus shows up and tells Peter that Catholicism and Judaism are very similar. Peter and Lois apologize to each other, and Jesus tells Peter that it doesn't really matter which religion they are

Episode 3 "Spies Reminiscent of Us"
Peter loses to Lois in a race for the bathroom and finds their other bathroom is occupied by a transfer student from Africa (an elephant), so he begins frequently using the toilet in Cleveland's old house until it is sold to actors Chevy Chase and Dan Aykroyd. Peter invites the two to his house for dinner to show him some of his comedy bits, including a crude impersonation of John Wayne (mimicking his speech pattern and saying "pilgrims" at the end of each sentence), which Chase and Aykroyd find unfunny. Insulted, Peter spends the rest of the episode working on an improv comedy group with Quagmire and Joe, but his lack of conscious comedic knowledge completely gives way to his John Wayne impersonation when they try to do a live show, which the audience finds funny anyway.
